We bought a used C250 in August 2017. Ermin, the finance manager, made a difficult financing scenario come together. Miracle man. We drove away in a Benz. A month later, we had a major mechanical issue with the car. Disappointing. But, in fine style, my salesman, Doug Burton, and service advisor, Jory, came together to take care of this issue totally. They even covered the $250 deductible to cover the $5600 worth of repairs. Right on. This dealership and their people are awesome. Out of the times that I have bought cars, I have never been treated as well and valued as much. The perks of owning a Benz are numerous. Service takes care of me. They keep the car maintained, fluids, bulbs, etc., never charging me a penny. Yes, the maintenance intervals are indicative of a higher than average cost of vehicle ownership, but they make up for that in lots of ways. Free car washes and detail as much as you want, free of charge. They don't nickel and dime us for the things I mentioned. They always issue a "Hey Sean!" every time I walk in. The dealership itself is amazing. It's like an internet cafe in there. Classy all the way. We are so enamored of them that we just purchased another used Benz from them-a 2014 ML350 with 40K miles on her. And, we got 2 year warranty, 3 years complete maintenance plan, covered, and all the other perks of being a Benz owner. Talk about bang for the buck. Seriously. I plan on not buying a car ever again from anyone else but these guys. Class act backwards and forwards, all day long.
