Performance

For both 2022 and 2023, the Mercedes-Benz GLC is available with a four-cylinder, turbo 2.0-liter engine. The 2023 GLC is engineered with a mild-hybrid component and a nine-speed automatic transmission, and this system produces 255 horsepower. You can choose from a 4MATIC® drivetrain and rear-wheel drive. There's also a GLC AMG® model available for the 2022 model year, and it features a 385-horsepower, turbo V6 system with sport-tuned 4MATIC® all-wheel drive. Later in the year, the 2023 GLC will also be offered with a plug-in hybrid engine.

Appearance

The interior and exterior of the Mercedes-Benz GLC display modern, sophisticated style updates and slightly larger dimensions thanks to the resized wheelbase. The 2023 GLC's cabin has an 11.9-inch central display screen that is driver-centric, upgraded upholstery options, and wood trim. On the exterior, the 2023 GLC has a more athletic look with smooth and slightly convex doors underlined with a metallic accent bar. The headlights have also been reimagined and now have a dark tint, a solid LED accent line, and a segmented LED light. The grille is also restyled. The vertical bars in the 2022 version's grille have given way to a black grille with a metallic outline and a horizontal, segmented bar. The bumper also has a more commanding look in 2023 with a thick, metallic outline.

Features

In addition to the 11.9-inch, portrait-style display screen in the center stack, the MBUX infotainment system was upgraded in 2023. This has enhanced voice recognition capabilities and optional augmented reality for the navigation feature. Other features include heated seats, a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, Level 2 Drive Pilot assistance, a 360-degree camera with a transparent hood feature, traffic sign recognition, heated seats, and other exciting features.
