The all-electric Mercedes-Benz EQE Sedan debuted in 2023, and it immediately garnered the attention of EV shoppers for all of the right reasons. This prestigious, well-engineered car benefits from several updates in 2025. These updates extend from the car's performance to its features.
The EQE Sedan now has upgraded batteries and new software for the regenerative braking equipment. In addition, the EQE 350+ Sedan and the EQE 500 4MATIC® Sedan now have more battery capacity. The maximum battery range is 308 miles. The EQE 350+ Sedan is a single-motor vehicle with rear-wheel drive, and it puts out 288 horsepower. The EQE 350 4MATIC® also has 288 horsepower, and it is designed with 4MATIC® all-wheel drive. The EQE 500 4MATIC® comes with a pair of motors that produce 402 horsepower, and it also has 4MATIC® all-wheel drive.
Additional updates to the 2025 EQE Sedan are found inside the cabin. The multi-contoured front seats are now available with headrest pillows. If you select an EQE Sedan with leather upholstery, the rear seats will also have headrest pillows. In addition, soft-close doors are offered for the first time. Features available in the EQE Sedan that carry forward from the 2024 model year are heated seats, a 12.8-inch infotainment system screen, a navigation system, wireless smartphone app connections, a premium sound system with 15 speakers, forward collision mitigation, a front cross-traffic alert, a surround-view camera, a 64-color ambient light system, adaptive cruise control, and more.
The exterior styling of the 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQE Sedan is unchanged. It is easy to spot on the road with its fluid profile and strongly tapered nose. At the front, the glossy black grille trends outward into sharp points, and they are integrated with sharp, slender LED headlights. The bumper is flanked by sporty air inlets featuring two horizontal crossbars. Exterior features available in the EQE include a heated windshield, laminated glass, 20-inch wheels, and power-folding and heated side mirrors.
