The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class is a midsize, luxury SUV that delivers the functionality of a three-row cabin with elite features and engineering. It is available with two high-performance AMG® trim levels. The first of these is the AMG® GLE 53 4MATIC+®, and its capabilities get a boost in 2024. The trim level continues to have a 429-horsepower, turbocharged V6 engine, but the engine is upgraded to deliver more torque. Its torque rating is now 384 pound-feet. This trim level continues to have an AMG® performance exhaust system and upgraded brakes. It also boasts a 4MATIC+® all-wheel drivetrain.
This impressive SUV's exterior shows off new wheels, front bumper, lights, and grille designs. The five-spoke wheels are comprised of outlined triangular elements. The short bumper angles dramatically at the sides to align with the shape of the large air inlets. The grille has a modified A-style shape with metallic columns. The large headlights are styled with a series of LED bars and bulbs. Across the sides, the fenders are crisply defined. The sides are brilliantly sculpted with creases lining the upper and lower door panels.
Inside, the 2024 Mercedes-AMG® GLE 53 4MATIC+ now has touch-sensitive buttons on its leather-wrapped steering wheel. The cabin design also has a dual-zone color scheme and modernized chrome trim. The infotainment system is updated as well and offers wireless Android Auto® and Apple CarPlay®.
