The Mercedes-Benz AMG GT four-door fastback super sports car, coming soon, takes a hybrid turn that's set to make it a long-range, high-performance, style-showcasing trifecta.

AMG® GT's EQ Power+ performance design evinces the cooperation of a handcrafted AMG® 4.0L V8 biturbo engine and lightweight electric motor, coupling them with the selectable pure-electric, engine-only, and hybrid-operation modes for travel versatility. You'll even be able to recover battery charge while you drive, with reliable fallback to the vehicle's V8 below a certain charge threshold if needed, thanks to brake recuperation technology.
When heads aren't turning out of deference to the growl of AMG® GT's 805 horsepower or spinning metaphorically off kilter altogether with her zero-to-sixty-mph acceleration in up to three seconds, the supercar's looks appear up to the task. A superfecta comprising a Panamericana grille, slim headlamps, side air gills, and moving center radiator shutter accents a deeply drawn hood design, flanked by a raked windscreen, speaking to aerodynamics all the way to the wheel arches. Everyday utility's not lost on the road warrior, however: going beyond the sport segment, AMG® GT brings home a large tailgate, plenty of luggage capacity, and an interior showing the Mercedes-Benz eye for luxurious comfort.
