Amy Shore loves a classic car story. Who doesn’t?
The difference between Shore and, say, most of us here at Mercedes-Benz of McKinney, is that she can capture the fleeting moments that really embody the human-car connection in a beautiful collection of photographs. Our driver’s-seat Mercedes-Benz selfies don’t have quite the same effect.
Mercedes-Benz manufactured the 230 SL Pagoda from 1963 to 1967, but we don’t know how long the owner in this video has had this particular car in his garage. Whether he bought it new and kept it on the road or acquired it last year and restored it, the car certainly has stories. Shore’s shots of the owner and his car are beautiful, and, in a way, moving.
If you’re not inspired to go connect with your car, it could be you don’t have the right one. Please give us a call or stop by the showroom if your current vehicle doesn’t ignite your passion, give you butterflies, or stir emotion.
