The new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC is a great midsize luxury SUV, and a step up from its GLK predecessor is nearly every sense, concludes Kelley Blue Book® in a new review. Click "play" in the video clip below to watch the full report.
The engine in the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC300 is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 241 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque.
The GLC is about two inches wider and five inches longer than the old GLK, and that translates to more solid and substantial look and feel. Cargo room increases by 17 percent, with an easy-to-reach load floor and plenty of storage under the cargo floor, since there's no spare tire taking up room (the GLC uses run-flat tires).
